Bengaluru, May 24 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Nitin Nabin on Sunday accused the Congress of using Karnataka as an "ATM" and neglecting public welfare.

Speaking to reporters in Bengaluru during his two-day visit to Karnataka, Nitin Nabin alleged that the Congress government has "deceived and betrayed" the people.

The BJP chief said, "I am on a two-day visit to Karnataka, and today I've had the opportunity to participate in the district training camps being held across the country. The way the Karnataka government has deceived and betrayed the people over the past three years, and because of their internal conflicts, public welfare work has been neglected."
