Kolkata, Aug. 21 -- West Bengal Minister Dilip Ghosh on Friday lashed out at Congress, criticising the recent decisions made by the Congress Working Committee, which decided that only the first two stanzas of the national song would be sung at party events, citing the party's 1937 resolution

The minister alleged that their ongoing strategies continue to impact national unity and said that their policy of 'divide and rule' will not work."

Talking to the reporters, Ghosh condemned the approach adopted by the party toward symbols of unity and reiterated his stance.

"Congress divided the country and has also divided Vande Mataram. Their policy of 'divide and rule' will not work," he said.
