New Delhi, Oct. 25 -- Congress leader Deepender Singh Hooda alleged collusion between the Election Commission and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), saying the issue had been exposed before the entire nation ahead of the Opposition's 'Delhi Chalo Rally' scheduled for November 1 at Ramlila Maidan.

Speaking about the rally, Hooda said the Congress and the INDIA alliance would organise a mega-rally in the national capital, adding that Haryana would contribute the largest number of attendees from any state in the country.
