Kolkata, Jan. 12 -- West Bengal BJP President and MP Samik Bhattacharya on Monday launched a sharp attack on Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee over the Enforcement Directorate's raids at the Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) office in Kolkata, saying that this is just a constitutional crisis, but a breakdown of the constitutional machinery.
