New Delhi, Oct. 26 -- Launching a blistering attack on the Bhagwant Mann-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Punjab, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Gaurav Bhatia on Monday alleged a "total collapse of law and order" in the border state, accusing the Chief Minister of reducing Punjab to a realm of "goonda-raj" and "jungle-raj" where criminals operate with state impunity.
