Jerusalem, Feb. 26 -- Highlighting the deep diplomatic and personal bonds between the two nations, Israeli Minister Gila Gamliel on Thursday expressed immense "excitement" over the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Israel, describing the relationship as one of "best friends".
