New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- Congress General Secretary Sachin Pilot on Tuesday congratulated party candidates and workers for their victories in the recently concluded municipal elections, while raising serious concerns that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) might "misuse power" and state machinery to influence results in civic boards on seats decided by narrow margins.
