New Delhi, Feb. 27 -- Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Friday raised questions over the tragic death of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, asking whether the crash that claimed five lives was caused "by negligence or by conspiracy".

He seconded Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar) MLA Rohit Pawar's concerns and queries regarding the police's alleged refusal to file an FIR in the case. He quizzed the government over the pressure on the police against carrying out a thorough investigation in such a high-profile case. He further expressed concerns over the condition of the common people engaged in such processes.
