New Delhi, July 21 -- Congress MP and Tamil Nadu Party Committee President Manickam Tagore on Tuesday alleged that the "blood of India's brightest is on this NEET-UG scam".

He also demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
