Mumbai, Jan. 27 -- High praises have been pouring in for actor Varun Dhawan ever since his film 'Border 2' hit the theatres.

From fans to film industry insiders, Varun has received overwhelmingly positive reactions. Ironically, he was heavily trolled for his smile in the 'Ghar Kab Aaoge' song before the film's release, but now he's being widely lauded for his performance.

On Tuesday, his "dear friend" Alia Bhatt gave him a shout-out.
