Jakarta, April 22 -- Indonesian Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa confirmed that the government has devised a definitive policy to settle the Chinese debt tied to the Whoosh Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train, focusing on the financial restructuring of operator PT KCIC.

Speaking at a symposium in Jakarta on Wednesday, he emphasized that discussions on the debt had concluded, with the outcome pending a government announcement.
