Jakarta, Oct. 14 -- PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk is taking steps to optimize its assets by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hunan Jiangong Concrete Co., Ltd., and PT Adhi Industri regarding the utilization of Precast Plant WSBP Cibitung. This agreement marks the initial step toward exploring opportunities to utilize the facility more productively while unlocking the asset's economic potential.

Under this agreement, Waskita Beton Precast and both partners will explore several alternative schemes for utilizing Precast Plant WSBP Cibitung, including facility leasing, operational cooperation, and other forms of strategic partnership.
