Jakarta, Nov. 18 -- Indonesia's Nusantara Capital Authority says US-based outlet The World has praised the country's new capital project as a promising model for future cities that merge advanced technology, sustainability, and climate resilience.

In a statement from Jakarta on Tuesday, the authority quoted The World as saying Nusantara aims to become a zero-emission city twice the size of New York by 2045.

The outlet called Nusantara one of the world's most ambitious and visionary urban projects, noting its long-term focus and strategic role in Indonesia's development.
