Jember, Jawa Timur, Aug. 11 -- The Class I Surabaya Railway Engineering Center of the Directorate General of Railways (DJKA) at the Ministry of Transportation has announced that it will construct two new railway tunnels in Jember District, East Java, to improve train travel safety.
"After more than 100 years of use, the two tunnels located in Mrawan and Garahan will soon be replaced with new structures," said Alfaviega Septian Pravangasta, spokesperson for the Class I Surabaya Railway Engineering Center of DJKA, in Jember on Monday.
