Jakarta, June 9 -- The Tourism Ministry has expressed support for the BRI Jazz Gunung Series 2026 as a strategic platform to strengthen Indonesia's mountain tourism appeal and stimulate economic activity in host regions.

Assistant Deputy for National Events Ni Komang Ayu Astiti said the ministry sees the series - gunung means mountain in Indonesian - as a compelling blend of entertainment, culture, and tourism that can deliver tangible benefits to local communities.
