Jakarta, Aug. 29 -- The Ministry of Tourism conveyed readiness to assist efforts in restoring the Sade Traditional Village in Rembitan Village, Central Lombok District, West Nusa Tenggara Province after a fire incident on August 22, 2026.

Tourism Minister Widiyanti Putri Wardhana on Thursday (August 27) visited the location and attended a coordination meeting with the local government to discuss the restoration of the traditional village.

"We will further discuss with the regional government about rebuilding and restoration by involving the community," she noted in a statement on Friday (August 28).
