Jakarta, July 10 -- The Jakarta police disclosed on Thursday that three drug dealers were arrested in a coordinated raid in Tangerang, Banten, this week, and three kilograms of crystal methamphetamine was seized from them.

The suspects, identified by their initials as S (42), J (37), and R (37), were nabbed from a shopping mall area in BSD, Tangerang district, and an apartment in Cisauk, South Tangerang district, police said.

According to Commissioner Deny Simanjuntak from the Jakarta Police's Narcotics Investigation Division, S and J were nabbed based on a tip from the public.

Following their arrest in a shopping mall area on Tuesday, R was nabbed in an apartment in South Tangerang on Wednesday, he said.
