Banda Aceh, Aceh, Sept. 10 -- Syiah Kuala University (USK) in Banda Aceh has strengthened its global vision by signing cooperation agreements with three leading African universities to advance education, research, and community service.

The agreements were sealed Tuesday at USK's Senate Hall with the Islamic University in Uganda, the University of Hargeisa, and Amoud University.

Rector Prof. Marwan said the collaboration marks a new phase of academic exchange while underscoring USK's track record of producing outstanding African alumni.

"USK has a long history of building human resources across borders, including in Thailand, Palestine, and Afghanistan. This partnership expands that mission to Africa," he said.
