Jakarta, Dec. 14 -- Indonesia's deputy minister for communication and digital affairs has stressed that effective policy communication is vital to ensure government decisions are understood, credible and accountable to the public.
Deputy Minister Nezar Patria said sound policies often fail when poorly communicated, noting that public perception can turn negative despite tangible benefits if messaging strategies are weak or unclear.
