Indramayu, Dec. 16 -- Search and Rescue teams are continuing the search for 10 missing crew members of the fishing vessel KM Putri Lancar Samudera B GT14.
The boat was struck by large waves and capsized in the Java Sea off Indramayu, West Java, on Monday
Head of the Bandung SAR Office Ade Dian Permana said on Tuesday that the operation had deployed both sea assets and rescue personnel to accelerate efforts to locate the missing crew.
The incident occurred as the vessel was sailing from Eretan Port, Indramayu, toward its fishing grounds in the Java Sea.
The boat was carrying 18 crew members when it was hit by powerful waves, causing it to sink and throwing all crew into the water.
