Jakarta, April 3 -- Indonesia is preparing its human resources to support President Prabowo Subianto's "Quick Wins" programs, with the government emphasizing coordinated staffing and stronger oversight to ensure effective implementation.

Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Minister Rini Widyantini said a ministerial-level meeting on workforce planning was held at her office on Thursday to align staffing needs with national priorities.
