Jakarta, Oct. 2 -- Indonesia will issue a regulation within a week to govern the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program, which aims to improve access to healthy food, Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan said on Thursday.

"Hopefully in a week it will be done, regarding the presidential regulation and instruction. What is the content like? Please wait for a week," Hasan told a press conference in Jakarta.

The directive will define the roles, authority and responsibilities of regional governments, ministries and institutions in managing MBG, as well as coordination mechanisms among them, he said.
