Jakarta, Aug. 13 -- The Youth and Sports Ministry is formulating a policy on Norms, Standards, Procedures, and Criteria (NSPK) to strengthen the development of special sports for persons with disabilities, the elderly, and other vulnerable groups.
"Without NSPK, efforts to advance special sports will not be optimal," the ministry's Assistant Deputy for Special Service Sports, Dadi Surjadi, noted in a written statement here on Wednesday.
The NSPK formulation activity was held in Jakarta on August 11-13, 2025, and involved various stakeholders from multiple ministries, institutions, and communities.
