RI, Belarus inks collaboration in medical education, pharmaceuticals
Jakarta, July 2 -- Indonesia and Belarus strengthen their collaboration in the health sector, focusing on medical education and pharmaceutical development.
On Thursday, the two states deepened their bilateral relations by signing several memorandums of understanding (MoUs) covering several aspects, ranging from health, cultural affairs, to science and technology, and financial services.
"Every country has something to teach, and every health system has room for improvement. We agreed to discuss two main topics today: medical education and cooperation in the pharmaceutical sector," Deputy Health Minister Dante Saksono Harbuwono said here on Thursday.
He opined that both countries have significant potential to complement each other.
