Jakarta, Aug. 7 -- Creative Economy Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya stressed the need to reform the Collective Management Organizations (LMK) and National Collective Management Organization (LMKN) as the first step to resolving the ongoing music royalty dispute for musicians.
