Jakarta, June 4 -- Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa voiced strong optimism that stricter enforcement of natural resource export proceeds (DHE SDA) will inject vital foreign exchange liquidity into the domestic market and help reverse the rupiah's recent decline.
