President urges young civil servants to avoid bureaucratic red tape
Jakarta, July 29 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has urged young civil servants to eliminate bureaucratic red tape and prioritize public service in carrying out their responsibilities as state officials.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony for young civil servants at the Institute of Public Administration (IPDN) campus in Sumedang, West Java, on Wednesday, the President emphasized that civil servants have a duty to uphold the nation's reputation by delivering quality public services.
"Our people do not need a complicated bureaucracy. Our people do not need leaders who do not do their absolute best," Prabowo stressed.
