Jakarta, March 13 -- President Prabowo Subianto opened a plenary cabinet meeting in Jakarta by ordering all government aides to make optimal preparations for Eid al-Fitr activities and mobility.

Speaking at the State Palace on Friday afternoon, he began with an instruction for Transportation Minister Dudy Purwagandhi to effectively implement planned fare reductions for flights, train travel, ferries, and toll roads.

"And to ensure proper services at all locations," he added.

Prabowo then addressed Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI) Commander General Agus Subiyanto and National Police (Polri) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, urging them to mobilize institutional assets to assist with Eid homecoming traffic and safety.
