Jakarta, Oct. 19 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has awarded the Satyalancana Bhakti Buana honorary medal to 140 personnel of the Garuda Bhayangkara Contingent's Formed Police Unit (FPU) 7 Task Force for their exemplary service in United Nations peacekeeping operations.

Deputy Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) Commissioner General Wahyu Hadiningrat presented the decorations during a welcome-home ceremony at the National Police Headquarters in Jakarta on Monday.

In remarks delivered by Hadiningrat, National Police Chief General Suyudi Ario Seto commended the contingent for bringing honor to Indonesia following the successful completion of their mission under the UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission ...
