Jakarta, Aug. 12 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto directed Head of the Development Control and Special Investigation Agency (Bappisus/BPPIK) Aris Marsudiyanto to streamline bureaucratic processes to better facilitate the implementation of people-oriented policies.

Marsudiyanto confirmed the directive after meeting with the head of state at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Tuesday.

"The president stressed the need to cut, streamline, and fast-track bureaucratic processes, especially those concerning people's needs, such as village funds, fertilizer distribution, the Red and White Village Cooperatives program, and the Free Nutritious Meals program," he told the media.
