Jakarta, Aug. 28 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto will host Timor-Leste President Jose Ramos-Horta in Jakarta on Friday, with senior officials expected to join the bilateral meeting.

National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) Head Arif Satria said Prabowo had invited him to attend the meeting with Ramos-Horta at the Presidential Palace.

Satria said the meeting could be followed by a regular government discussion led by Prabowo to review current developments and potential BRIN contributions.

He said the discussion could focus on the latest situation and ways BRIN could provide assistance, solutions or other forms of support.
