Jakarta, March 11 -- President Prabowo Subianto stated that safeguarding peace requires more than prayers or hope. He urged sustained efforts to achieve prosperity and justice for all Indonesians as the foundation of national and global stability.

Speaking at the Nuzulul Quran commemoration at the State Palace in Jakarta on Tuesday night, Prabowo said genuine peace can only exist when governments eliminate poverty, hunger, and social suffering.
