Jakarta, Oct. 1 -- President Prabowo Subianto paid tribute to the Heroes of the Revolution at the Lubang Buaya well in Jakarta on Thursday after leading the 2026 Pancasila Sanctity Day ceremony.

Prabowo was accompanied by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Culture Minister Fadli Zon and the speakers of the MPR, DPR and DPD during the visit.

Prabowo paused to pray at the well, where the bodies of seven Heroes of the Revolution were found after the Sept. 30, 1965 events.

He then greeted guests, including representatives of foreign countries, before speaking with students who attended the earlier Pancasila Sanctity Day ceremony.
