Jakarta, Aug. 14 -- President Prabowo Subianto said Indonesia's investment realization in 2025 reached Rp1,931 trillion (around US$105 billion) and created more than 2.7 million jobs.

According to him, this reflects the resilience of Indonesia's economy amid geopolitical conflicts and ongoing trade wars.

"Amidst global uncertainty, investment continues to grow. Throughout 2025, investment realization reached Rp1,931 trillion and created more than 2.7 million jobs," the president said during his Annual Speech at the 2026 Annual Session of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) and the Joint Session of the House of Representatives (DPR) and Regional Representatives Council (DPD) at the Parliament Complex on Friday.
