Jakarta, Sept. 4 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto encouraged members of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) to complete their process in ratifying Indonesia-EAEU Free Trade Agreement (FTA).

In his remarks delivered during the 11th Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in Vladivostok, Russia, on Thursday (Sept 3), Prabowo reiterated Indonesia's commitment to immediately implement the FTA signed in December 2025 between Indonesia and EAEU members, which are Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and the Eurasian Economic Commission.

"Indonesia completed parliamentary approval of this FTA and last July, I signed the presidential regulation of ratification," the president said.
