Jakarta, Feb. 13 -- The Indonesian National Police (Polri) is targeting the establishment of 1,500 Nutrition Service Fulfillment Units (SPPG), or kitchens, for the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) Program across Indonesia by 2026.

"This aims to expand the coverage of nutrition fulfillment services and ensure increased access for beneficiaries to nutritious food," said National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, at the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony for 1,179 SPPGs and 18 Polri Food Security Warehouses by President Prabowo Subianto in West Jakarta on Friday.

Listyo informed that his office currently has 1,179 SPPGs in various regions of Indonesia.
