Jakarta, Aug. 26 -- West Jakarta police are hunting for the suspected supplier of drugs to actor Revaldo Fifaldi after investigators identified the person based on information obtained during questioning, police said here Wednesday.

West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Senior Commissioner Nasriadi said investigators had identified the supplier and were pursuing the suspect for arrest.

"We have identified the person who supplied or sold the narcotics to R. Our officers are still searching for and pursuing the suspect," he said.

Revaldo allegedly ordered the drugs by phone and paid by bank transfer. He bought 0.5 grams of methamphetamine for Rp650,000 (US$36.65), Nasriadi said.
