Jakarta, Dec. 27 -- Indonesia's state-owned electricity company, PLN, has successfully restored the electricity distribution network in 184 villages in Central Aceh District following flash floods and landslides disaster.

PLN President Director Darmawan Prasodjo said in a press statement in Jakarta on Saturday that the restoration of electricity for the villagers follows PLN's gradual normalization of 323 electricity distribution substations to serve the disaster-affected community.

Prasodjo said PLN prioritized restoring the electricity system to support community activities during the post-disaster recovery period.
