Jakarta, Oct. 1 -- PT Pertamina Marine Solutions (PMSol), together with PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK) and other subsidiaries, is increasing awareness about the importance of preserving maritime ecosystems as a national heritage through the Ocean Literasea Program.

"Through Ocean Literasea, we want to teach that protecting the ocean means protecting the future," PT Pertamina Marine Solutions (PMSol) Director Dian Prama Irfani said in a statement received here on Tuesday.

The Ocean Literasea activity, he said, emphasizes PMSol's social commitment to play an active role in education and environmental conservation.
