Jakarta, July 13 -- State-owned downstream energy subsidiary PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has completed a massive transoceanic supply mission, taking delivery of 45.9 thousand metric tons of LPG shipped directly from the US to secure Indonesia's domestic energy reserves.

The strategic shipment arrived aboard the company's specialized Pertamina Gas 1 (PG1) fleet after departing from the global energy hub of Freeport, Texas.

"The arrival of Pertamina Gas 1 is a concrete manifestation of our commitment to ensuring that LPG supplies remain available safely, reliably, and sustainably," Pertamina Patra Niaga VP Corporate Communication Kitty Andhora stated here on Monday.
