Jakarta, Sept. 23 -- The Center for Religious Harmony (PKUB) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs is strengthening the capacity of peace facilitators in various regions prone to social and religious conflicts.

Head of PKUB Adib Abdushomad stated that several regions, such as Sukabumi and Depok, as well as those in West Sumatra Province, will be a priority in the conflict resolution training program that will be held in the near future.

"We planned a training for conflict resolution facilitators next month, especially for regions like West Java and West Sumatra," he said here on Tuesday.

As part of the initiative, he said, the PKUB will hold a special training for prospective peace facilitators that will be held in Batam, Riau Islands....
