Jakarta, Sept. 11 -- Public Works Minister Dody Hanggodo stated that his ministry is putting its best efforts into reopening national roads affected by flooding in Bali.

In a statement received on Thursday, Hanggodo emphasized his commitment to disaster mitigation throughout Indonesia.

"We continue to prioritize the safety and comfort of affected communities. We will provide full support in addressing the impact of the flooding in Bali," he ensured.

His party has deployed heavy equipment and emergency response teams to expedite the water receding process and reopen national roads that were flooded on Wednesday (September 10).
