Jakarta, April 25 -- The Ministry of Health said it is accelerating the issuance of Hygiene and Sanitation Certificates (SLHS) for more than 26 thousand Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) kitchens or the Nutrition Fulfilment Service Units (SPPGs).

"The increase is quite significant. At the end of March, applications were still below 10 thousand, but now there are more than 26,000 SPPG kitchens," said Director of Environmental Health at the ministry, Then Suyanti, here on Saturday.

She revealed that as of April 24, 2026, a total of 14,646 SLHS certificates have been issued, accounting for 81 percent of total applications received.
