Jakarta, July 26 -- The Public Works Ministry has established the Tri Banyu Arutala Task Force as a key pillar in the government's efforts to overhaul Indonesia's drinking water and sanitation systems in keeping with President Prabowo Subianto's directives.
"Our hope is that all programs related to the development and management of water resources in Indonesia will run in a more harmonious, effective, and sustainable manner," Public Works Minister Dody Hanggodo noted in a statement cited in Jakarta on Saturday.
The Tri Banyu Arutala Task Force embodies the ministry's commitment to improving access to drinking water and proper sanitation for all residents, as mandated by the president's Asta Cita primary missions.
