Jakarta, Feb. 11 -- The Higher Education, Science, and Technology Ministry encourages the development of undergraduate and postgraduate programs based on Open and Distance Learning (ODL).

This was raised during a meeting between the ministry and a delegation from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in Jakarta on Tuesday (Feb 10).

The Secretary General of the ministry, Togar M. Simatupang, expressed his appreciation for UKM's commitment to encouraging digital learning innovation and the internationalization of higher education in the region.
