Jakarta, May 21 -- The Ministry of Industry assists the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) managers with training on food safety systems through Technical Guidance on the Introduction and Understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).

The training was conducted through the Pontianak Center for Standardization and Industrial Services (BSPJI) as an effort to support the provision of safe, hygienic, and quality food for the public.

Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita said the standardization and quality assurance systems are crucial factors in maintaining the quality of food products while increasing public trust in nutrition fulfillment services.
