Jakarta, Oct. 31 -- Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky Harsya reaffirmed the government's commitment to strengthening Indonesia's creative economy as the sector continues to record positive growth.
"The development of Indonesia's creative industry has been quite significant," he said during the opening of IdeaFest 2025 in Jakarta on Friday.
He emphasized that as the sector becomes more dynamic, Indonesia needs to continue building a creative ecosystem that is strong, adaptive, collaborative, and innovation-driven to meet emerging challenges.
Harsya added that events like IdeaFest serve as key platforms for creative economy players to showcase competitive works, exchange ideas, and enhance the industry's global competitiveness.
