Jakarta, Aug. 18 -- Indonesia's Minister of Home Affairs Muhammad Tito Karnavian confirmed that he has drawn up priority plan for assisting the victims of the earthquake in East Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province.

After conducting inspection and holding discussions with quake affected residents in Satar Kampas Village, North Lamba Leda Subdistrict, on Tuesday, Karnavian said the response measures began with efforts to speed up the restoration of electricity network and supplies distribution, particularly basic foodstuffs, to meet the residents' needs.
