Jakarta, Oct. 31 -- Manpower Minister Yassierli has called on young people to strengthen dynamic and relevant skills to face the challenges of the future labor market.
"Strong competencies will be the key to competitiveness in the job market," he said in a statement issued in Jakarta on Friday.
Yassierli emphasized that industries increasingly demand workers who possess both competencies and professional certifications, as well as foreign language proficiency.
He noted that the government continues to prepare a competent and adaptive workforce through Competency-Based Training (PBK) and Project-Based Learning (PBL) programs at the Ministry's Vocational and Productivity Training Centers (BPVP).
