Jakarta, April 29 -- Women's Empowerment Minister Arifatul Choiri Fauzi called for reforms to women's healthcare, including discrimination-free services and stronger protection systems, to improve outcomes and safeguard future generations.
She said better healthcare is crucial as women shape future generations, citing stunting as linked not only to childbirth but also maternal health during pregnancy.
"Mental health is also a concern, with about 10 percent of the global population, including Indonesia, experiencing disorders," she said at a national forum on Wednesday.
